Grilling Corn on the Cob
When grilling corn on the cob, choose ears with soft, bright-green, snugly fitting husks and moist, golden-brown silk.
When grilling corn on the cob, don’t tear back the husks until ready to cook as this could dry out the corn before grilling.
When grilling corn on the cob, cook the ears the same day as you purchase them to ensure freshness.
Corn can be grilled either in the husks or with the husks removed.
When grilling corn on the cob in their husks, remove the silk completely before re-wrapping the corn ears in their husks. Then, soak the corn in water for 10 min. before placing it on the grill.
To grill shucked corn, brush the ears with oil before grilling the corn on the cob. Or, add flavour by brushing the ears with KRAFT House Italian Dressing or KRAFT Signature Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing before grilling.
For a low-maintenance approach, remove husks and silk from the corn, rinse, then wrap ears in foil. After grilling, the foil will keep the corn warm until ready to serve.
Grill corn on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until tender if the husks are removed. Or, grill 15 to 20 min. if the husks are left on.

Mix ¼ cup softened butter, 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley to make a great spread for your grilled corn.
Try these other flavoured butter variations, too!
When grilling corn on the cob, spread the hot cooked ears with KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise, then sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese for a delicious alternative to butter.

Two ears of corn will yield about 1 cup of kernels.
To remove cooked corn from the cob, hold the cob firmly at an angle then carefully cut down the ear (away from the body) with a sharp knife, removing several rows of corn with each cut.
