    Is Your Turkey Cooked?

    • If you have a meat thermometer insert it into the thickest part of the let or breast. When done, temperature should read 170 ºF for unstuffed and 180ºF for stuffed.
    • Some turkeys come with a pop-up thermometer. When the red tag appears, the bird is cooked.
    • Shake the turkey's leg. If it's loose and pulls away from the body, the turkey is cooked.
