Marinate meats and vegetables in large re-sealable freezer bags, for easy preparation and clean-up. To save time, pierce meats and vegetables before marinating – soak for 20 minutes (longer for fuller flavour). For extra flavour, brush on additional marinade during cooking (do not reuse used marinade).
To make grilling even easier, marinate meat in re-sealable bags and freeze them so you can grill any time!
