Unwrap two Baker's chocolate squares. Cut into quarters and place in a microwaveable bowl. Partially melt chocolate squares in microwave on MEDIUM for 2 to 3 minutes (see Melting Chocolate for Decorations for detailed instructions). Stir chocolate until melted and smooth.
Over-melting will make the chocolate too thin and cause grey streaks when it is set. Spoon the melted chocolate into a small plastic bag.
Using a toothpick or skewer, poke a hole in the end of the bag near a corner. Twist top of bag to squeeze out the chocolate as you move your hand over the surface to be decorated. Chill your dessert to set the chocolate before cutting.
