    Chocolate Sticks

    Decorate desserts with white or dark chocolate sticks.

    Melt a square of Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate or White Chocolate. Brush in a 2-inch bar onto clear plastic wrap.

    Pleat so chocolate wrinkles. Refrigerate until firm.

    To make sticks, simply pull the plastic wrap flat, so the firm chocolate breaks into sticks.
