Triple-Layer Mud Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/4 cups OREO Baking Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

  • MIX crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press firmly onto bottom and up side to form crust. Mix chocolate and condensed milk until blended. Pour into crust; sprinkle with pecans.
  • BEAT 2% milk and pudding mixes with whisk 2 min. Spoon 1-1/2 cups pudding over pecans. Stir 1/2 the Cool Whip into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  • REFRIGERATE 3 hours.
