What You Need:
- 1 pkg. (150 g) Kraft Dinner Smart Vegetables Three Cheese Macaroni & Cheese
- ⅓ cup salsa
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup Kraft Tex Mex Light* Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 10 multigrain tortilla chips, crushed (about about 1¼ cups)
Make It:
Prepare Kraft Dinner as directed on package, using the Sensible Solution directions. Spoon into 9-inch microwaveable serving dish; top with salsa, tomatoes and shredded cheese. Microwave on high for 1 min. or until cheese is melted; top with lettuce and crushed chips.
How to Crush the Chips:
Place tortilla chips in resealable bag. Flatten bag to remove
excess air; seal bag. Finely crush chips by rolling a rolling pin across the bag.
