MiO Sport is a portable, multi-serve liquid water enhancer with electrolytes*. One small 48mL bottle makes up to 18 x 250mL servings, prepared. MiO Sport has 0 calories per 250mL serving prepared and no artificial flavours.

*80mg of sodium and 40mg of potassium per 2.7mL serving

MiO Sport contains the electrolytes sodium and potassium*. Salt is the main source of sodium in MiO Sport. Potassium citrate and potassium phosphate are the main sources of potassium. All of these ingredients are approved for use in food and beverages in Canada.

*MiO Sport contains 40 mg of potassium and 80 mg of sodium per 2.7mL serving.

MiO should be used within 30 days after opening or as indicated by an expiration date on the packaging. MiO does not require refrigeration, so don't leave home without it.

MiO is sweetened with acesulfame potassium and sucralose, a calorie-free, artificial sweeteners.

Don't let the long names scare you. Both sucralose and acesulfame potassium, the calorie-free, artificial sweeteners in MiO, are approved by Health Canada. For specific health questions, we always recommend checking with your doctor for advice.
