Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

MAKES: 8 servings, 2 topped pancakes each.

what you need

    Batter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1⁄4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1⁄4 cup oil
    Toppings
  • 1⁄2 cup Kraft Whipped Peanut Butter
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup maple syrup

Just Follow Our Simple Steps

1. Stir first 5 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Whisk eggs, buttermilk and oil in separate bowl until well blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended. (Do not overmix. Batter can still be slightly lumpy.)
2. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Working in batches, pour 1⁄3 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; cook 2 to 3 min. or until bubbles start to form on tops and bottoms are golden brown.
3. Turn cook 1 to 2 min. to brown other sides.
4. Place 2 pancakes on each serving plate. Add Toppings.







Substitute: Substitute up to 1 cup whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour.
