Kids Can Cook: Kraft Dinner

We all know that kids are more likely to eat what they help make. Let them lend a hand with mac and cheese and suppertime's a slam dunk.

What You Need:

  • 1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
  • 6 cups water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1⁄4 cup milk

PREP: 5 min. TOTAL: 15 min.
MAKES: 4 servings, 3⁄4 cup each.

Step By Step

1. STIR macaroni into boiling water in medium saucepan; cook 7 to 8 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
2. DRAIN macaroni; do not rinse. Return to pan. Add butter; stir until melted.
3. ADD milk and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well.
HEALTHY LIVING: Prepare with 1 Tbsp. nonhydrogenated
margarine and 1⁄3 cup skim milk.
