Make your kid a star

1. Make two sandwiches with the same filling using white bread for one, whole wheat for the other.
2. Use two star-shaped cookie cutters to press into the centre of each sandwich. Remove the star, with the cookie cutter still around it. Place the white star shape inside the frame of the whole-wheat sandwich and place the whole wheat star inside the white sandwich. Pack in lunch boxes and let the kids enjoy a two-toned treat.
