I have always been fascinated with cooking shows and cookbooks as a way to learn about food science, flavour and cooking while discovering new recipes. Eating and trying new foods and flavours is one of my favourite pastimes!
I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition and am a Registered Dietitian. Prior to joining Kraft, I worked at a hospital and taught nutrition at a culinary school. With a passion for communicating the science of nutrition to the general public, I was also a media spokesperson for my local dietetic association. As a Kraft Kitchens Expert, I am able to combine my love of food, cooking and nutrition.
It's so rewarding to help people meet the challenge of providing simple, delicious, nutritious recipes for their families and loved ones, from weeknight dinners to entertaining.
