From my first recipe at the age of five, I always knew I wanted a career in food. I have two degrees from the University of British Columbia one in Food Science and another in Dietetics. Before coming to Kraft Canada, I practiced as a Registered Dietitian in the areas of public health, pediatrics, sports nutrition and more. Today, I am a Kraft Kitchens Expert, responsible for Nutrition Communications, Canadian Media and our Cheese sector. Whether I'm developing recipes, picking food ideas for our next show or providing nutrition advice, my love of food is always first and foremost on my mind. I find the ability to share delicious, appealing and nourishing food with people both satisfying and exciting.
