
Having a background in specialty food, I was asked why I wanted to work with everyday on-hand ingredients. I think this is what makes developing recipes challenging. My philosophy is to take restaurant-inspired dishes and make it delicious and easy at home to delight family and friends. My role in the Quebec Media when I first joined as a Kraft Kitchens Expert allowed me to explore and create recipes showcased in our French magazine and TV cooking show. Today I am responsible for our Enhancers and Desserts Sectors.
I try to bring a new flavour to my palate whether at home, work or on my travels. Try everything once- you may just taste that something you can't live without!
