Simple Summer Smoothie

Makes: 1 large serving (2 smaller servings) Total Time: 5 min

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (your choice)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. milk (2%, 1%, skim, it doesn't matter)
Preparation
Pull your favorite frozen fruit out of the freezer. Pour it into the blender. Put the blender on high-speed till all the frozen fruit is in little chunks.

Then add vanilla yogurt, pure vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately! Enjoy!
Notes
The thing I love about this recipe is you can change it up by adding different frozen fruit! Sometimes I use pulse instead of high-speed on the blender.
