Quick Mexican Bean Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and washed
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper and yellow pepper, chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup Kraft Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Catalina Salad Dressing
  • 2 large handfuls of corn chips or tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Chips should be put in just before serving in order to remain crispy.

Serve.
Notes
This is a great dish to take to a pot luck or BBQ. Very simple and quick to put together. Tastes delicious at room temp. Even the kids love it!!
