Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
Place rice in greased casserole dish and place chicken on top. Sprinkle chicken with onion soup mix and cheese.
Mix celery soup and 2 cans of water; pour over chicken.
Bake covered at 325 degrees F for 2 hours.
