Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 8 pork chops (or steak, chicken)
Preparation
Combine marinade ingredients in pot on top of stove. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 min. Cool.
Divide pork chops (or steak, chicken) into 2 freezer bags with divided marinade. Label and freeze.
To prepare: Thaw. Grill on BBQ. Discard marinade.
