Ingredients:
- 12 to 15 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
- 2teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 can anchovy or 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 cups olive oil
Preparation
Put everything in a blender except the olive oil.
Blend and slowly pour in the olive oil until creamy.
Notes
This makes about 3 cups and last for 10 days in the fridge.
