Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 3 slices bread, cut into small cubes (your choice white, whole wheat, brown)
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bull’s-Eye Barbecue Sauce your choice of flavor
- Kraft Cheese Slices
Preparation
In a large bowl mix lean ground beef, diced onions, diced garlic, bread cubes, eggs, hoisin sauce, hot sauce, ketchup and salt & pepper. Make sure that you blend well so that all ingredients are well mixed.
Form into patties -- make sure you have nice round edges to help seal in the juices.
Place onto a hot BBQ, and cook 8-10 minutes or until meat juices run clear. Add Bull’s-Eye Barbecue Sauce onto meat when almost cooked turn once or twice to cook the BBQ sauce onto patty. 1 minute before removing patties from the grill, add a Kraft Cheese Slice to each. Top your hamburger bun with all your favorite toppings. Mmmmm!
Notes
When using a gas grill cook on medium low to medium heat.
OR
For more flavor use a charcoal grill but please remember you will need to add 20-30 minutes to your prep time getting the charcoal ready!
