Strawberry Silk Angel Food Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 prepared angel food cake,
- 1 pkg. Kraft Fat Free JELL-O Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Raspberry Light Gelatin
- 1 box sliced strawberries
- 1 pkg. strawberry glaze mix
Preparation
Slice angel food cake in half through the middle. Drizzle 1/4 to 1/2 prepared JELL-O Raspberry Gelatin over bottom half before it sets. Spread half of prepared vanilla pudding over bottom half. Put the top half on.
Arrange sliced strawberries over cake and fill in middle hole. Drizzle some of the prepared glaze over strawberries and cake.
Chill in fridge at least 6 hours or overnight and serve cold.
Notes
This is a delicious and light dessert I thought of for Mother’s Day.
