Chocolate Cake in a Mug

Makes: 1 double serving Total Time: 5 min

Ingredients:
  • 4 Tablespoons flour
  • 4 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons oil
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Baker's Chocolate Chips
  • A small splash of vanilla
  • 1 large microwave safe coffee mug
Preparation
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Add the egg and mix well. Add oil and milk mixing till smooth. Add chocolate chips and vanilla, mix again.

Spoon batter into the mug and Microwave 3 minutes at 1000 watts. Batter will rise above mug rim but do not worry.

Let cool and remove from mug. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy.
Notes
This is excellent for unexpected company as it takes only 5 minutes.
