Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 EACH green pepper and red pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 3/4 package Kraft Tex Mex shredded cheese
- 1 bottle (16 oz./475 mL) Kraft Catalina Salad Dressing
- 1 large bag zesty cheese corn tortilla chips, broken
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced peppers and onions until meat is fully cooked. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef mixture with beans, cheese and dressing. Chill for about 6 hours.
Add tortilla chips just before serving.
