Ingredients:
- 1 head romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 long English cucumber
- 2 Roma tomatoes or 1 regular tomato
- 10-12 baby carrots, shredded
- 3-4 stalks celery, sliced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges
- 1 small package packaged ham or Montreal smoked meat
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
- 1 cup cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- 1 bottle Kraft Three Cheese Ranch or Rancher's Choice Dressing
Preparation
MIX lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and celery.
ADD eggs, packaged lunch meat (shredded) and top with dried cranberries (or dried cherries), and cheese.
SERVE with Kraft Three Cheese or Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing.
Notes
Healthy Living: As an alternative option, you may want to use the lighter versions of the Kraft Three Cheese or Rancher's Choice Dressings for your salad.
Special Extra: To give your salad the extra kick it needs, you can place the dressing in a separate bowl and mix it with a little hot sauce before adding it to the salad.
