Ingredients:
- 1 bag (300 gram) baby spinach leaves
- 200 grams Kraft Feta, grated or crumbled
- 1 bag (100 grams) dried cranberries
- Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup honey toasted pecans - save half for garnish
Preparation
Toss all ingredients (except 1/2 of pecans for garnish) in a large bowl.
Sprinkle pecans over top.
Notes
Honey Toasted Pecans:
Spread pecans on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey. Bake at 250°F for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool on pan, stirring frequently so nuts don't stick together.
Optional: Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt.
