Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup raisins
Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients. Pour in milk, add more if needed. Knead 8 to 10 times (like a rectangle).

Combine butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Spread onto dough. Roll up like a jelly roll. Mark and cut into 12 even slices. Place cut side down in muffin cups.

Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
