Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup Kraft Signature Greek with Feta and Oregano Salad Dressing, divided
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbs of your choice (crushed flaked corn cereal, bread crumbs, etc)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Greek seasoning mix (available in the spice aisle)
Preparation
Preheat outdoor grill to medium.
Combine beef, 3 Tbsp. salad dressing, cheese, crumbs and seasoning. Mix well. Form into 4 patties.
Cook on grill, turning and basting with remaining salad dressing, for approximately 25 minutes or until fully cooked as indicated by a meat thermometer. Serve on buns with your favourite fixings or alone with sides and salads of your choice.
Notes
Basting the patties with oil-based salad dressing as they cook on the grill adds flavour, as well as helping to prevent the meat from sticking to the grill, as can sometimes be a problem with homemade burgers on the barbecue.
