Divine Oreo Dessert

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. 550g Original Oreo Cookies, divided
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 pkg. Jell-O White Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tub Fat Free Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
Grease a 10x13 glass baking dish. Finely crush 1/2 the package of cookies to resemble crumbs. Mix in melted butter or margarine and spread evenly into baking dish and press in firmly. Set dish in fridge while preparing next step.

In a cold bowl, place pudding mixes and add cold milk. Beat together until it starts to thicken. To this add the entire tub of thawed Cool Whip and remaining Oreo Cookies that have been coarsely crushed and fold in until completely mixed. Once this is mixed, pour mixture into dish with crumb base.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Notes
This dessert must be refrigerated or the cookies in the dessert will not soften before eating.

This dessert can also be eaten as a frozen dessert, just remove from freezer 15 min before serving to soften.
