Summer Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 2 pitas (as flat as possible
  • Spreadable Philadelphia Cream Cheese (or goat's cheese)
  • Bruschetta topping (your favourite brand)
  • Garnish (parsley, parmesan cheese or shredded cheese of choice)
Preparation
Spread a thickish layer of cream cheese on the top of the pita right to the edge.

Spoon on a layer of the Bruschetta mix making sure it goes almost all the way to the edge. Top with your garnish of choice.

Cut pita into 6 or 8 slices & serve immediately.
Notes
If not serving right away, place in fridge; but this can lead to the pita getting soggy.

Using goat cheese instead of cream cheese gives it a little extra bite.
