Ingredients:
- 4 cups crushed frozen presidents choice mangos, thawed
- 7 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup real lemon juice
- 2 pouches liquid Certo
Preparation
Thaw frozen mango and crush - measure out 4 cups. Add sugar to crushed mangos. Add lemon juice and stir till well mixed. Bring to a rumbling boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from stove.
Add liquid Certo and stir 5 minutes.
Put into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/4-1/2 inch space at top. Put hot sterilized sealers on top.
