Bacon and Egg Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 head iceburg lettuce, roughly chopped
  • Green onion
  • 1/2 sharp chedder cheese, grated
  • 3 medium tomato
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 pack of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt & pepper
Preparation
Chop lettuce into chunks, and add to serving bowl. Chop green onion finely and put aside.

Sprinkle grated cheese on lettuce and quarter tomatoes and add to salad.

Quarter boiled eggs and add to bowl, add crumbled bacon and green onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Goes well with Kraft Ranch Low Fat Dressing.
