Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 cups chopped mixed fresh vegetables (red peppers, broccoli, mushrooms)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT CALORIE-WISE CATALINA Dressing
  • 2  Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

  • COOK and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on high heat 1 min. Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
  • ADD remaining ingredients; cook 2 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
