Products can qualify in one of two ways (per serving):

• Contain no more than 50 calories
• Contain no more than 30% calories from fat and no more than 10% calories from saturated fat plus trans fat
• Contain no more than 5 mg of cholesterol and 140 mg of sodium
• Contain no more than 25% calories from added sugar
• Is a "source of"* Vitamin A, C, E, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, protein, fibre or contain at least a half-serving of fruit or vegetable or has a functional nutrition benefit

OR

• Must be free of or low in calories, fat, saturated fat, sugar or sodium, or must have 25% less of one of these in comparison to the base product or an appropriate reference product; and must be reviewed by Nutrition Department

• Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Reduced Calorie Dressing 25% less calories and 42% less fat per 15 mL serving than our regular Miracle Whip Dressing
• Miracle Whip Fat Free
• Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise
• Kraft Sandwich Spread

* The criteria for "source of" is defined by Health Canada in the Canadian Food and Drug Regulations
