Bagel-fuls are available in five delicious varieties:

· Cinnamon (cinnamon bagel with cinnamon and sugar cream cheese)

· Strawberry (plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese)
· Blueberry (blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese)

You can find Bagel-fuls in the frozen breakfast section of leading grocery and mass merchandising stores.
3. How do I store Bagel-fuls?
Bagel-fuls can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, and can be stored frozen for one year.
4. How do I prepare Bagel-fuls?
We recommend storing your Bagel-fuls in the fridge so you can quickly toast them, or heat in the microwave. If stored frozen, Bagel-fuls can be placed directly in the microwave.
