What You Need

Take 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, 1 can (19 fl oz./540 mL) each diced tomatoes and kidney beans, 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and chili powder and mix & match your recipe from these options...

1 lb. (450 g) ground chicken 1/2 cup each sliced fresh mushrooms and carrots 4 Cheese Italiano
1 lb. (450 g) extra lean ground beef 1/2 cup each chopped onions and green peppers Tex Mex
1 lb. (450 g) lean ground pork 1/2 cup each sliced celery and zucchini Double Cheddar
meatless: 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked (see Tip) 1/2 cup each frozen corn, sliced celery and chopped onions 4 Cheese Italiano

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

HEAT dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir until cooked through. Drain, if necessary. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

ADD undrained diced tomatoes, drained and rinsed beans, the garlic powder and chili powder; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese.

TOP evenly with an additional 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese.

Meatless Option
Cook vegetables in dressing as directed. Add rice along with the tomatoes. Bring mixture to boil; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir in 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese. Top evenly with an additional 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese.
Take Along
This is a great dish to make ahead of time and take to a potluck dinner. If desired, recipe can be doubled. Just prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients.

" I made it with ground pork, fresh mushrooms, carrots and Italian shredded cheese. (I also doubled the recipe) For the leftovers, I added a 14oz can of tomato sauce. The whole family really enjoyed it!"
