What You Need

1 egg

1 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Mix egg, peanut butter and sugar until well blended.

SPREAD into 8-inch square baking pan; sprinkle with chocolate.

BAKE 20 min. Cool completely before cutting into squares to serve.

Make Ahead

After squares are completely cooled, place in airtight container or freezer-weight resealable plastic bag and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

Food Facts

When baking in glass baking dish instead of a metal pan, reduce the oven temperature by 25ºF. This is necessary since glass conducts and retains heat better than metal does.

this was horrible, the chocolate didnt coat the top, it didnt spead without tearing up the bottom, it was very mushy, a waste of time, thankfully there wasnt a lot of ingredients wasted on this dish, i would NOT make this again

I have made a version of this for many years.I omit the chocolate and make these in the form of cookies.Very yummy!When I saw this I decided to try it...a big thumbs up,it is very tasty,although I may omit the chocolate next time or just top each square with a chocolate candy.Great reciepe Kraft Canada!

I made the recipe and ended up throwing it in the garbage. I baked it for 20 minutes but maybe that was not long enough. The bar tasted very gooey and undercooked and the chocolate did not melt properly. I am very disappointed in this bar and will not make it again.

I doubled the recipe and found they were more gooey than I would prefer. Will make them again but will stick to the original recipe. :)

Better than just a plain peanutbutter cookie bedause of the chocolate. Super easy to make. Great special dessert for short notice dinner guests. Just top with a scoop of vanilla icecream and chopped roasted peanuts.
