I cooked this in a fry pan in the kitchen, rather than BBQ kabobs because the weather changed for the worse at the last minute. I found it stayed very moist and flavourful. I also added some sliced mushrooms in towards the end of the cooking. Yum!

Not very flavourful as I expected, nobody liked in my family. I won't even try it again.
