What You Need

1-1/2 cups Honey Maid Graham Crumbs

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

2 Tbsp. cold milk

3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

4 cups fresh strawberries, halved

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding

3-1/2 cups cold milk

Make It

MIX graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.

BEAT cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip; spread over crust. Top with berries; set aside. Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over berries.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours. Cover with remaining Cool Whip just before serving.

This recipe is far too runny to serve properly - the squares just collapsed. Tasted OK. I will not be adding this recipe to my favourites.

I love this recipe! It was my second time making it and I also added blueberries. It has been a couple of years since I last made this dessert but this time around I had trouble spreading the cream cheese, milk and cool whip over the grahm crumbs. I had to mix them together because I made such a mess.

Very refreshing summer dessert. Took a little extra effort then most desserts I make but it was a hit with all of the kids. From a two year old boy to a thirteen year old girl. Everyone wanted seconds.
