I was lookin for a quick recipe with some chops cuz I didnt have fresh veggies on hand. So I wasnt able to add the mushrooms and onions, but I added LOTS of mozza cheese to the sauce and on top of the chops at the end, very tasty, and the chops were moist, everyone loved it!

I prefer to cut the pork chops into cubes when I cook this meal - I find it gives more flavor.
