I used tiny shrimp, blackforest ham and proscuitto for a variety of toppings for these. The cucumber is refreshing and they were really easy to make!

nice and light, everyone loved it. I made two different versions of this the original, and I made one with Roasted red pepper cream cheese and topped it with shrimp

I used the baby shrimp instead of the smoked salmon and my guests raved about them the whole evening! I will definitely make these again.
