I didn't use the coffee and used Chocolate Fudge cake instead of the Nilla Wafers and use different fruits like mixed berries and mangoes. It still tasted heavenly!

This recipe is always a hit for me. I use lady fingers instead of the nilla wafers and I soak the cookies with fresh espresso to offset the sweetness in the rest of the recipe. It's great with strawberries or raspberries.

I made this on Christmas day and on Boxing Day. I used chocolate milk instead of coffee and strawberries instead of raspberries, and everyone loved it! I will make it again.

This was great! So easy to make and everyone loved it. I substituted chocolate milk for the coffee and used drained fruit cocktail instead of the raspberries. I also put an extra layer of fruit in the middle.

This was fantastic! I made it the night before and the cookies were perfect, not soggy at all.

I made this for my sister's baby shower and it was sooo delicious! Everyone was asking for the recipe! I also drizzled a little chocolate milk over the wafers that were not entirely covered by the pudding/cream cheese mixture. So heavenly and so yummy you won't believe it's a cinch to make!

This was so easy to make, no cake to bake! I added more, raspberries to the middle layer and i also added some strawberries to the top for more fruit! very good! I used light cool whip, light cream cheese and 1% skim milk and it was delicious! I made for the first time at a BBQ and it was very yummy! I will definately make this again!
