Is it necessary to bake this crust? or could one just put it in the fridge to cool for approx. 15 mins. before filling?

Very quick and easy recipe and it tastes great. The first time I made it the almond flavour of the pudding over-powered the mint flavour, which I really didn't like. I made it again and doubled the mint extract amount and it turned out great.

Mmm, soooooooo good! You could also use mint OREO's and for drizzling the chocolate on top, use Mint Aero. I just could'nt get enough of this pie.

This was a big hit at a recent potluck, the kids keep asking when I'll make it again! A winner for entertaining, and so easy to make.

This recipe was very simple to prepare and a hit with my family. I recommend using the freezer to let it set as opposed to the fridge. I will definitely be using it again!!

I made this recipe a couple of weeks ago to take to a pot luck and i was sadly disappointed - it looked nothing like the picture and it was very loose. would not make it again.
