This was delicious - I used medium salsa and it had just the right spice. This recipe is even better heated up the next day.

My kids are incredibly choosy about anything different and love this recipe. It has become a weekly staple. I make it without the corn. They won't eat beans so I puree a can of kidney beans in my blender and add them without them knowing. Be sure to hide the empty can at the bottom of the recycling bin.

excellent - I added some beef broth as my husband doesn't like chili that is too thick - also added some chopped red pepper and garlic. I have also cooked it on the stove when I was late planning supper - just simmer about 1 hour.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this meal! We used medium salsa, one can of red kidney beans, and one of white. We topped it with sour cream and bacon bits and it was amazing! Enough for one dinner and one lunch for a family of five.

Very easy and great for the family on the go. We are not big on beans so I halved the amount and doubled up on the corn.
