I made this for an appetizer party and the entire bowl was eaten within minutes. Definitely the favorite of the night. (maybe use a tiny bit less red pepper, depending on the crowd.)

This recipe is fast and delicious! I add about 2 tablespoons of sour cream to it to make it creamier and easier to mix!
