This casserole was delicious and the entire family enjoyed it. We did find that it was quite "soupy" though. I let things cook longer in the skillet, hoping for some of the added liquid to evaporate. All in all though, an incredibly tasty dish that will be made again.

Excellent dish! Quite filling and nutritious. We used orange peppers instead of green. Definitely a great and healthy meal to have right before an evening of soccer.

the tortillas tend to go too soft, when you save this for leftovers - just be aware. tastes great when fresh made though.

My family loved this recipe - with 3 very picky kids, it is so hard to find something they all love - so this is a real winner! It was also very easy to make.

A very easy recipe that was ideal for a relaxing Friday night supper. I used a red instead of a green pepper and tore the tortillas into bite size pieces.

It was really easy to make. I substituted corn for the beans and it was really good. I also used taco seasoning rather than cumin to cook with the chicken. Still very good!
