CHIPS AHOY! Cheesecake Sandwiches

I made my own homemade chocolate chip cookies and it turned out delicious. If I was pressed for time I will use packaged cookies. It was a great hit!

This was a sure hit! I made this for a children's party, and instead of dipping the cookie into chocolate, I just drizzled some caramel ice cream topping on top, and stuck a small stick into the side of them to make them look like a lollipop or something (again, it was a kid's party!). They liked them.

It was alright. I thought it would be so fantastic because I love all the ingrediants but somehow it didn't measure up to my expectations.

I opened up my email and checked out your recipes like a I do everytime in comes in...I saw this one and with two growing boys, my husband and I have just adopted them, I thought what a perfect treat. We got down to it and made them together...Delicious and so easy to make with kids...that's what I really liked about it...I love Kraft and I love your recipe books...My husband especially loves your mac and cheese recipes...the latest one is delicious. Excellent everyone enjoyed and asked for the recipe. It is so easy to make anyone can make it and it's a great snack. Made my own chocolate chip cookies because of certain allergies in my family. Baked them longer for a crispy cookie like the store bought.
