This was so quick and easy to make. Thought I had cranberry sauce but it turned out to be red pepper jelly. It was awesome. Family loved it! Will be using cranberries next time just to taste the flavour. Mmmmm

This recipe tasted quite good, but my sauce turned out more brown in colour, so the presentation wasn't quite as nice as the picture. I might cook the chicken a bit first and then add the sauce later to see if it makes a difference.

Delicious recipe for company! I use a tin of whole berry cranberry sauce, a pkg. of dry onion soup mix & 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce or Catalina dressing! I browned some chicken breasts, poured the sauce on top in a 9x13 pan. Then baked for about 50 mins. at 350. Easy peezy!

Recipe from Company's Coming Four-Ingredient Cookbook. Only difference is Catalina vs Thousand Island.
