Creamy Crab Bites

I brought this to a potluck and it was a hit. I doubled the crab, and used crackers and cucumber instead of endive (since it wasn't very fresh at the supermarket). Unfortunately, I added too much lemon and didn't drain the crab enough so it was quite runny and I had to put it through a sieve before plating. But I would definitely do it again.
