I made these and an assortment of the other cookie balls for treats at work last year and they were a hit. Easy and tasty! Highly recommend!

Made them once and got requests afterwards to make them for others as gifts! They are a big hit for sure!

Igave this recipe to my friend Linda based on the favourable ratings. She made them and said they were horrible. So I'm deleting it out of my recipe box.

This is an awesome recipe, it's the same recipe as cookie balls from the christmas issue.

Delicious! Tasted just like cheesecake! However, I recommend using less cream cheese than indicated in the recipe as my batch was too mushy/soft to easily form and coat balls. Also I found it very difficult, even after freezing balls, to get a smooth, even, and professional-looking coat of chocolate.

These decadent truffles make you look like a professional! I've made them twice for 2 different crowds, and were praised both times. I also added the cream cheese to the food processor after the cookies were crushed. I like to add a tbsp of shortening to the chocolate for dipping - it makes the chocolate look smoother and shinier, and less melty too.

My sister made these and brought them on Christmas. They are probably the best dessert I've ever tasted! I made myself take the leftovers to someone else's house on Boxing Day, otherwise I would have pigged out and eaten them all! My sister said they were very simple to make.
