Had a entire crock pot full of very bland stew- kids only ate a small amount as flavourless.

Made this recipe with left over chicken. Didn't have broth so used low fat mushroom soup. It was fabulous. I have raved at work about and now everyone wants the recipe. Definitely will be making it again.

This stew is amazing. Made it for the first time two years ago, and haven't stopped!

Delicious!! This has restaurant quality flavor and is so easy to make! I added baby new potatoes at the start and substituted fresh snow peas for the frozen peas and added them 5 mins before serving to maintain a little crunch. Awesome!

I really like a thick broth in stews and chowders and this did not disappoint. I replaced the flour with less corn starch as my husband has a gluten sensitivity. I piled in the veggies...pretty much everything I had in the fridge (carrots broccoli, cauliflower, parsnips, onion). I cut them up the night before, poured the broth and some water over it with some salt, pepper & garlic powder and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Added a bit more water and seasoning in the AM with the cubed chicken. The cream cheese is what really made this dish. Delish! Will make it again 100%.
